What do we mean by the above claim? |
- We are very flexible when it comes to going away form standard machines to accomplish a specific request a customer makes of us. It is obvious that if the shortest machine available is a meter and a half long machine (5 ft.) and you are only going to be rolling parts no linger than 600mm wide (2ft.) then by shortening the rolls you may invest in a smaller model to accomplish what you want since the shorter rolls will deflect less and thus need not be of large diameter. This is translated into savings in capital investment.

- Since there are always machines being assembled on the shop floor, Comal Italia can test your specific request for rolling of a special shape or special materials, free of charge, when it is possible to do such investigations on a standard machine. Blanks will be requested to be shipped to the factory in Milan Italy at the customer’s expense to be delivered to the factory location with all customs dues paid and after the samples are completed with a results report, it would be the customer’s responsibility to arrange for pickup from the factory.
