Comal Italia offers support to its customer in many ways: |
- Comal Italia has technical personnel both at the factory and its US Sales and Service Center, who will answer all your technical questions around the clock. The factory in Milan, Italy is twelve hours ahead of the Service and Sales Center in California, USA. In case of emergencies, customers are welcome to call the factory even if they have been dealing with the Service and Sales Center or vice-versa. The intent is to have 24 hour coverage of support for you, our customer.

- Personnel in the factory speak Italian, German and English. The Service and Sales Center personnel speak English, Spanish, Arabic and Turkish. Somebody will speak your language.

- Our traffic departments at both locations will support you in questions dealing with transport and follow up on shipments of machinery / spare parts.

- There are two factory certified technicians on call 24 hours a day at the California Sales and Service Center. They would be very familiar with your machine because one of them would have been the person who installed and trained your personnel.

- We keep logs of every contact we make with the customer. We archive your machine’s information and drawings and are able to support you with instantaneous answers to any questions which may arise.

- Every machine we sell comes with a technician, who will set up and train your personnel. He will make every effort to build a personal relationship with them to facilitate future contact by phone, fax or e-mail.
